Nuru spots a Heavensong border guard, as Mercia's group finally enter the empire of Heavensong. But, when Nuru goes to speak with the guard, he sets off the alarms, calling for reinforcements against the so-called 'Floran raiders', forcing Nuru into a battle.

With the guards defeated, Mercia has a chance to reason with them. Despite their efforts, the guard seemed adament on distrusting all Floran, and rushes off to call General Ryota. Is this really a simple hate for Floran, or is there some other reason that has them scared?
