Welcome to Heavensong is the 1st mission in Act 4 of the single player campaign.
You play as Nuru, defending her and Mercia against the aggressive Heavensong border guards.

There is no special properties to this map.
Heavensong begins substantially stronger than Nuru, with triple the Barracks and income. It is common for Heavensong to build ballista, knights, and giants to advance on the Barracks quickly, while rarely advancing any units on the North-most edge of the map.
Story[edit]
5th July, The Gilded Desert
Nuru spots a Heavensong border guard, as Mercia's group finally enter the empire of Heavensong. But, when Nuru goes to speak with the guard, he sets off the alarms, calling for reinforcements against the so-called 'Floran raiders', forcing Nuru into a battle.
With the guards defeated, Mercia has a chance to reason with them. Despite their efforts, the guard seemed adament on distrusting all Floran, and rushes off to call General Ryota. Is this really a simple hate for Floran, or is there some other reason that has them scared?
