We Meet Again is the 1st mission in Act 3 of the single player campaign.

You play as Mercia, reluctantly dragged into another battle from a persistent Ragna.

This mission functions as a tutorial to Mages, Ballistae, and Aeronauts, providing an introduction on anti-air defense.

Objective[edit]

Victory: Neutralise the enemy Barracks or defeat Ragna.

Defeat: Mercia is defeated, or the stronghold is destroyed.

We Meet Again map

The small island with the tower cannot be reached by ground units. This makes it entirely inaccessible to the player's units, and permanently under Ragna's control. It is possible to remove Ragna's control using Ballista fire, but to achieve this would require so many Ballista attacks from within Ragna's territory you've almost invariablly secured the entire map regardless.

Whenever Ragna has less than 3 Aeronauts, she may recruit more from her tower.

17th June, The Lost Leagues

Traversing the Lost Leagues Mercia and company are chased by Ragna once more, this time accompanied by Felheim vampires in order to defeat Mercia with air superiority.

Facing an unceremonious defeat once again, Ragna rushes off, promising to fight them again.

This won't be like last time. Not while my Vampires rule the skies!

Vampires are Aeronauts...

Strong, fast, and airborne...

EXACTLY! You've got no hope!

Luckily, Alchemists and Ballistas both excel as anti-air units!

WHAT?!

Correct, Mercia! Alchemists even have the ability to heal our units!

Like mini Mercias!


Defeat 1 Aeronaut

AGH!! How did you...? Whatever!! I have loads more where that came from!

Grrr! That's it! Now I'm REALLY mad!


Defeat 5 Aeronaut

This... this is IMPOSSIBLE! How are you doing this?!

STOP IT!! I'm going to mash you into a pulp!

Don't think this is over just because you beat up a few Vampires!
